Abledsoul is an American music artist, and filmmaker of extreme metal music and horror movies. He has been performing, writing, and working with Grindcore, Death Metal, Industrial and Noise music since 1989.
Not feeling the vibe of his family and desperate to get out on his own he decided to join the military in 1991 during Operation Desert Storm. While on CV 63 the USS Kitty Hawk, he recorded the demo (So mote it be) Soon after that, he met a couple of like minded people and they formed, Bleed, who quickly recorded another demo and was picked up by Hellraiser Records.
Unfortunately, health problems occurred for Abledsoul which caused him to leave San Diego and return to Los Angeles. Not too long afterward, he met Ian Donaldson while he was on tour in the States with Bronski Beat. The two hit it off with love of early Industrial Music. It wasn’t long before Abledsoul flew to London and recorded two tracks with Ian which got him picked up on the record label SonofaBeat, however, the owner of the label died, and with it being a small independent label that was just starting out the record label died with him after Abledsoul only recorded two songs for his unreleased first album titled, “My Dead Flowers.”
In 2010, Abledsoul released his first full length album entitled, “Songs for Artificial Intelligence,” with the aid of his film school friend. The song, Way 2 Sic, quickly gained vocal notariety.
While recording his second album in 2014, Abledsoul meets death again when he lost his little sister, Tiffany Francis, whom meant the world to him and put a halt to the album.
Now, 2018 he is releasing the long awaited album, “The Privilege of Priesthood.”
